What data we collect and why
When you write through the website form, by email or call us, we receive your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message; a repair request also includes your company name, equipment details and any photos you attach. We use them only to answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and, if we agree, perform the contract.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Requests and photos are sent to our mailbox and stored in the website's admin area, which only our staff can access.
- If we work together, we may add your contact details (name, company, phone, email) to our client list.
- We do not use your data for advertising and do not pass it to other companies for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and for ongoing cooperation, but no longer than 3 years – after that requests are deleted automatically. Contacts in our client list are kept while we work together or until you ask us to delete them. If a contract is concluded, documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
Who may receive the data
- Our website hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf and on our instructions.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
Cookies
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner. Only one strictly necessary cookie is used:
- PHPSESSID – set only after you send the form; protects against spam (limits repeated sending). Deleted when you close the browser.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google. The Google map on the Contacts page loads only after you click the button – Google's privacy policy then applies.
Server logs
For security, the hosting server briefly records technical data (IP address, time, page requested). To protect against spam, when you send a form we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address for up to 24 hours (the address itself cannot be recovered from it).
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request data portability. Write to info@svspektras.lt – we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or the authority in your country.
